Clean them thoroughly with cold water
Trim off any excess fat

Dry Rub:
1/2 tsp Mustard Powder
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 tsp Cumin
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Seasoning Salt
1/4 tsp Thyme Dried
1/2 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
1/2 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika(If you don'y have smoked just use 1 tsp plain)
1 tbs Salt
1 tbs Fresh Cracked Pepper(Do not use pre-ground)
3 tsp Chili Powder
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar

Sauce:
2 tbs Plain Yellow Mustard
2 tbs Honey Mustard
1/8 Cup Ketchup
1/2 Cup Kr@ft BBQ Sauce
2 tbs Apple Cider Vinegar(Organic Raw Preferred)
1 tsp Honey
1 tbs Soy Sauce
1 tsp Worcestershire
1 Tsp Vegetable Oil
Lemon Juice(Give a lemon a good squeeze)
Lemon Zest A good pinch
Splash of White Wine
Salt and Pepper to taste
Mix all of the sauce Ingredients in bowl. Set the ribs on a large piece of foil. Coat the ribs thoroughly with yellow mustard. Cover evenly with dry rub until it is gone. Wrap the ribs up in foil to make a pouch(this will help steam the ribs to make them tender). Put on about 250 degree grill(using the half full method will get you there. Put the ribs on the charcoal side for about 45-60 min. Open pouch and add some of the sauce, close and cook another 30- 45 min. Take out of pouch and put on the non-coal side. Cook for about 2-3 more hours, brushing with sauce until it is gone. Make sure and keep the lid on the grill so it fills with smoke. Once the ribs start to pull back from the bone, or when you can bend the rack and meat just slightly starts to separate from the bone on the back of the ribs, they are done. Once they are done leave a little remaining sauce and mix it with some honey. Brush this on to give a glaze for the last 15 min. Enjoy!
Charcoal BBQ: If you have a Charcoal BBQ, fill half of the BBQ with Apple Wood Charcoal(this way if your grill gets to hot you have a "SAFE ZONE" to set your food, so it won't burn. If you have Apple Wood Pellets, wrap them in foil, poke hole in the foil, and set on top of coals. If you have actual Apple Woods Shavings, soak for 1 hour and do the same. YOU MUST USE APPLE WOOD!
Propane:
Remove the rack from the grill and put your foil pouch with Apple Wood by the flames if your grill doesn't have a smoke box. Turn half of the grill on High heat. Set the ribs on the side of the grill that is opposite from the heat. Follow the instructions just the same. Cook for about 3-4 hours and Enjoy!
Oven:(If you must)
Bake at 275-300 degrees for about 3-4 hours. Follow the instructions just the same.
Tips:
Stack the ribs on top of each other for the last 1-2 hours of cooking.
