Smoked Paprika BBQ Skewers

Smoked Paprika BBQ Chicken Skewers

1 pack of chicken thighs or breast(about 4-6 pieces)

Red Onion
Red Peppers
Orange Peppers
Yellow Peppers
Green Peppers
1 Large Can Pineapple Chunks

2 tsp Mustard
2 Tsp Honey Dijon Mustard
3 Tsp Ketchup
1/4 cup Kr@ft BBQ Sauce
2 Tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Tsp Vegetable Oil
2 Tsp Smoked Paprika
1/2 tsp Mustard Powder
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Seasoning Salt
1/4 tsp Thyme Dried
1/2 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
1 tbs Salt
1 tbs Fresh Cracked Pepper(Do not use pre-ground)
3 tsp Chili Powder
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
2 Tsp Pineapple Juice
Cut the Chicken and Vegetables up into pieces that will fit on the skewer and be about 1 bite. Remember you want everything to cook at the same time, so don't cut big pieces of meat and little pieces of vegetables. Soak the skewers in cold water for at least 1 hour. Take them out of the water as you skewer the ingredients on them. Put the ingredients on the skewers so that they alternate in color and ingredients. Sprinkle some of the Smoked Paprika on the top of the skewers for looks and flavor. Mix all of the Sauce Ingredients in a bowl. Brush the sauce on the skewers as they cook. Cook for about 8-10 min and Enjoy!
